What We Need
  • Assessment of what skills and abilities are missing on your board
  • Clear job descriptions for current or open board positions
  • Guidelines for your board member interview process
  • Recommendations for eliminating bias in your current board recruiting process
  • Note: The Professional will not be communicating with prospective board members.
Additional Details

Men and women of GOD preferably as we are a faith based organization that can volunteer up to 4 hrs. a week to instruct basic math, financial literacy, career path, and work skills (A-Game).

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have On site volunteer job shadowing while class is in sessionn., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Hard copy syllabus and documentation of what is expected fro, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to Help more of those in need!

  • Volunteer Manager shares information about current board makeup and any job descriptions (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares any previous formal or informal board recruitment, screening and/or selection processes
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss gaps in board skills/knowledge/understanding of community or issues that may lead to less effective decision-making
