What did Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute need?

Ryan helped Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute with critical strategy needs over the course of 4 weeks, in areas like contingency planning, goal-setting, and overall leadership advice.

Why is this project important?

RMMFI believes strategy should drive action in the organization. We have the ambitious goal of launching 10 sites in Colorado and 10 outside of the state by 2028. Our strategies year to year change as we grow to hit that target, and we need an effective annual planning approach to ensure alignment. This project will synthesize everything the organization has learned when it comes to setting and activating strategic intention, allowing us to effectively allocate resources to fuel growth.

This project will save us $3,808, allowing us to focus on the current annual goal while still maintaining a proactive stance for the organization to respond to growing needs in our community.

About Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute

The Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute (RMMFI) is a community creating economic and social mobility through entrepreneurship. We help curious people transform into serious entrepreneurs through personal, business, and financial investments.
Fun Fact

Fun Fact

RMMFI started in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis. Just as then, we're seeing that economic disruption--while obviously challenging--creates openings and drives people to consider entrepreneurship for the first time.
